Can anyone tell me what the latest Firmware update Version number and date is?

I currently have a messed up V2.00.052 (09-08-06) Firmware, and wish to have it changed, Nokia should never have released that updater software, more than 50% of everyone who has an N91 now has problems due to that updater messing the update up or simply because the firmware is messed up.

And, if its possible for the Mods to inform us of when the next Update will be available and its version number, will it be a V3?

Where do you get over 50% of the people have issues. Most people have had no issues with 2.00.52 and it has fixed many resets. I have heard of some 3rd party apps no longer working (diet manager, taskman etc) but 2.00 is great and the software update worked like a charm. I'm glad they released it..its alot better than 1.xx sw

And where did you get that less than 50% dont have issues?

Just cos your not having any problems and people cant be bothered to actually get on forums and say they have problems means that over 50% of the people with N91's and V2 updates are happy?

So far, all over the net I have only heard negative things about it, and people experiencing the exact same issue's as I have been facing, no one is singing its praise except you.

I want the next one to come out so I can have a fully functioning N91 again, just as it was before Nokia's Updater ruined it!

50% ur exagerating this number man...
chill out... if ur not happy sell ur phone and chamge to SE.... its that easy... and its obvious to find mor post with sw problems by the updater rather than the ones that r ok.... if u update ur mobile with no roblem u dont post it... most people only post when they got an issue.. so dont base ur 50% by posts on the web...

and if ur not happy simply change and forget about nokia...

For one, my displeasure has nothin to do with you, Im simply stating my displeasure cos in 15 years this is the first time I've had a problem with Nokia and I've had nothin but Nokia handsets.

So I exaggerated the 50%, but the number has nothin to do with the issue at hand, the fact remains that Nokia have messed up along the way and due to that peoples Smart Phones have been rendered fairly useless, I know my N91 is nothin like when I purchased it purely because of that Updater.

I have to agree i have had no problems with nokia handsets till the n91 my phone is a really expensive ipod right now all the apps i have already bought and that worked on firmware v1.15 now dont on v2.00 i dont know who makes these new firmware versions but they really need to grt it right before they start loosing customers to SE and all the other handsets on the market i never even looked at other ones till this now i have to say i may go some where else for my next phone unless they fix this problem pretty quick
