Re: BBC iplayer and the N95

It's not officially available for that model and only the BBC can give you a definite answer.

Luckily for you there is a way to get the N96's iplayer working on the N95 8GB but your firmware must be v20 or greater.

To get it visit the link below using the phones built in browser and accept the download.

if you know javascript, edit some of the files and you can get it working on your device.

Hi gortraney

You need to alter the value to WLAN access point in "Real Player" settings.

Re: BBC iplayer and the N95

Try this.

APPLICATIONS>MEDIA>REALPLAYER>OPTIONS>SETTINGS>STREAMING>NETWORK>DEFAULT ACCESS POINT.

Set your access point to the required wlan, it worked for me

Re: BBC iplayer and the N95

MARTYD, when you entered the iplayer (when you opened the application) did you do so by 3.5G or WLAN?

Re: BBC iplayer and the N95

Try opening it via your wifi connection. Do that and let me know how you get on. Make sure your realplayer settings are set to wifi as well.
