Not sure why but holding down the # key to switch from general to silent does not work on my e71. I'm sure it is user error but either way I'm stuck. When I press the # key from the home screen it activates the search window and all I get is ##########. As far as I know the phone does not switch from general to silent. Can you help me?

Couple of questions:
1. Is there any easy way to lock the keyboard/phone?
2. This is little off topic but related to locking - in Security settings, max minutes before the phone can be locked is 20 - isn't that a very small number? I prefer something like 60 mins. Any way of doing this?

You seem very knowledgable re the E71.
My new E71 arrived yesterday and I bluetoothed all contacts across from my venerable N70.
However the Contact Groups did not migrate across,
as I have many contacts, Groups is now very important,
how can I bring the contacts across WITH THEIR ASSOCIATED GROUP INDEX?

You have to sync all your contacts in your computer, but let me search more about this and I reply you.

There are 3 really frustrating things about the browser:
- Can't open in new Tab/Window unless the page itself contains the code (ie IE6 behaviour)
- Can't select sections and then copy (nb Fn, Ctrl+V (Paste) does work)
- Can't read or copy address of current page
Anyone found a way round any of these?
