It used to work and now it doesn't.

When I put the usb cable in the phone and pc, the phone says please wait and then "no response".  If I ask PC Suite to connect to the phone it ends up giving me some troubleshooting options. 

I have tried turning both pc and phone off and on again.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling PC Suite and Ovi Suite.

I have tried to use a different computer that already had the software installed.

I have tried two different USB cables.

I have tried using different USB ports.

I have tried taking the battery out and putting it in again (inadvertently I admit because I dropped the phone after this problem started).

In short, I have tried everything I could think of.  Does anyone have another suggestion?
